Double Decker Cheese Melt Sandwich with Salad
Work from home day, too busy to cook - and too lazy.
Conveniently, I've got some multi-seeds bread and Cathedral mature cheddar cheese in the fridge. The cheese addict that I am, a cheese sandwich will never go wrong.
But I went further and made myself a double decker cheese melt sandwich 😏😍😋
I've used up all 3 slices left in the bag, including the end.
Set the oven to 170ºC.
Layered the bread slices with loads of sliced cheddar, placed in a small oven dish then into a baking tray filled with some water.
Sprinkled some water over the bread (to avoid being too dry), then into the oven for about 5-8 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and served with some mizuna [Japanese mustard green, ミズナ(水菜)], cherry tomatoes, grapes and blueberries.

Sitting by the balcony, I can pretend that I'm having an indoor picnic 😎
