Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Feta Cheese

One of my favourite dishes: spaghetti tossed with plenty of freshly plugged basil leaves, cherry tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese, then sprinkled with chilli flakes and ground toasted garlic. No additional salt and pepper needed, the feta cheese in olive oil I prepared earlier has done a great job in adding flavours to the meal.

This, is my version of agile oil. Really great on a day when I'm too tired or haven't the time to cook.

Don't think anyone needs a recipe to prepare this ๐Ÿ˜‰ and you can definitely make it with any other type of pasta.


I like eating with the extra basil leaves around so that I can add as I go. Any leftovers will be turned into dried herb for cooking.
